Seventeen football teams from across the Insurance community, including Canopius, Ascot Underwriting Ltd, Chaucer, AXA XL, dtw1991, Axis, The Channel Syndicate, ArgoGlobal, Risk Management Partners and Hiscox as well as 8 teams from Alesco DA, Gallagher, Alesco, Pen and RMP, battled it out against each other on the football pitch on Thursday 17th October as they raised funds for one deserving charity, The Charlie Watkins Foundation.

The five-a-side teams and spectators headed down to the Powerleague, Shoreditch where a BBQ and drinks were served during the matches.

Several prizes were donated including premiership rugby final tickets, a spa day at the Ned, football boots, and a signed Harlequin rugby shirt amongst others. Congratulations to the overall winners of the competition Chaucer, and DTW for securing the runners up position.

We are ecstatic to announce that with Gallagher Gives Matched Giving, we have raised an impressive £12,241.88! We would like to thank everyone who came down to the event to support us and such a great cause, it was a brilliant day and we hope to see you all again next year.
